About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Work hard, play hard.
ABOUT ME
You can call me Misha. I live in the middle of the concrete-jungle they call Tokyo and I'm a pretty big fan of Asia.
I really love seeing the look on peoples faces when they discover something absolutely new or shocking -- there's plenty of that here in Japan. I also love good company and can get along with most people. Share your stories and I'll share mine.
Words that describe me: Adventurous, level-headed, passionate, ambitious, tenacious, unassuming, multicultural, flexible, sensible.
PHILOSOPHY
1. It's not about money. There's always money to be made.
2. You usually regret the things that you didn't do, but rarely the things that you did do.
3. I'm unimaginably lucky compared to a lot of people so it's only natural to not only give back, but to create something amazing in my life to help people.
4. Don't need a reason to be nice.
5. I'll sleep when I die.

Interests
Weekdays are spent working hard into the late hours of the night. I meet new people every single day -it's a huge part of my job and I love it. Weeknights, weekends running long distances and swimming keep me sane. The grungy underground deep house-club down the street keeps me entertained. People are fascinating and hilarious. There's always so much to learn, I'm constantly thirsty for inspiration and I think it's less about where you go but more about who you meet along the way. Always looking for good stories to tell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rowing down a small river in yanagawa, Japan, and then tasting the delicious smoked eel from the same river.
Riding ATV's and smoking hookah in tents with a group of bedouins somewhere in eastern Egypt.
My climb to Mt. Fuji with my 2 great friends. We started from the village at the bottom of the mountain in the morning, trekked through the forest, smashed a power-beer halfway and reached the summit the next morning just in time for sunrise. Other-wordly.
Very old monasteries in Lyon, France.
All night karaoke in a doctors house somewhere in Tokyo.
Getting totally lost in Geneva and unable to find your address in Switzerland, then realizing you're still on the France-side. Cross the street and you're in Switzerland. Voila, problem solved!
Cliff diving into super freezing waters in Balaklava, Ukraine and the feeling of your lungs collapsing.
