Overview
About Me
I'm a world traveler librarian who has lived in India, Egypt, and New York and plans future travel ideas in my sleep. I just moved to Ohio to escape expensive big city life, but my sense of adventure has not changed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To be an active member in a network of like-minded people who crave knowledge and a broader life experience. I want to be a polyglot and continue exploring the world, but when I'm not traveling I'd like to be a great host and a great listener to other explorers.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'll listen to everything from indie to Gregorian Chant to bluegrass - my musical tastes are wide and varied.
I'm an old soul so I love classic literature and movies, but I've expanded my repertoire to contemporary fiction and documentaries.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once bribed a guard inside a pyramid at Giza five dollars to let me climb into a sarcophagus tomb. Worth every penny!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love being a hostess, whether it's cooking a meal, leading a hike, or engaging in conversation over a cuppa or a glass of wine.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My idea of a perfect evening with new friends and fellow travelers is cooking them a great meal and sharing ideas, past adventures, and future travel plans. I love good conversation and I'm a great listener. I have a wealth of knowledge about the world, but I still have so much to learn from others.
