I'm not sure how I can describe "me". After all, it's hard enough to know oneself let alone be able to describe oneself to others. And honestly, anything I can think of writing sounds either cheesy or pretentious.

Regardless, I suppose I could say that I'm an avid explorer of myself, despite the cumbersome nature of existence. I've labelled myself as many things in the past, and those have all changed, and at this moment I'm changing again.

I've recently left the US, and my career life with it. Looking to do something else, to truly follow my joy instead of achievement. I'm not sure where it will lead me.
Now in a small, beautiful village in the SW of France, I'm hoping to find peace, but I fear my desire to adventure after years of a self-damaging achievement based lifestyle might get the best of me. But for now, I am here.

I am married, though not particularly fond of the institution, to an incredible human being and my closest friend, Anthony. We spend most of our time together and it's often when I'm at my happiest. Hopefully we can explore more together, when pandemic permits.

If you feel like connecting let me know. I'm on a journey of being unapologetically myself, despite the social and cultural pressures to be otherwise. So, if that's something you aspire to, lets connect and not all be so damn lonely in our endeavors.
