ABOUT ME

I have just finished my medical studies in Kraków, Poland. I have travelled to many countries during my studies and before. Travelling gives me a lot of possitive energy and motivation. "Travelling is the best university" I have ever attended. I love hanging around, meeting new people and sharing ideas with them, travelling, visiting new places, learning about their history, and partying ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Before I set up cs-profile I've been giving a couch to friends from Europe occasionally and have been using their hospitality as well. Unfortunately I can't host in LA as I live with two other people in one apartment and they didn't agree that I do this as the apartment is already overcrowded. But I can hang around instead in my free time ;) Remember that I'm new in LA and don't know all the cool spots - but hope to get to know some soon! ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last year I put my first steps in cs. My friends used to travel by couchsurfing and I joined them during my trip to Russia. I liked it so much that I decided to try by myself. I tried cs in Jerusalem and Szeged, and it was great! I spent a wonderful time with my hosts! Hope that this is the beginning of my wonderful adventure with couchsurfing :-)

Interests

When I'm in the mountains I go downhill or skiing and when I'm at the see I go windsurfing ;-) I'm meeting always more and more enthralling people from various countries keeping in touch with their culture, it's really amazing! In my free time I'm dancing in a Polish folklore ensemble. I used to do artistic gymnastics before I started my medical studies. Now I'm doing it just for fun.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love history. I can tell you a lot about my country's history which is really interesting (123 years under German-Russian-Austrian occupation), two world wars and Sowiet times. I love other cultures - I have already travelled to most of European countries and lived in some of them - I can tell you a lot about Great Britain, Germany, Austria, Israel, USA and many others. I love dancing - I used to dance in the Polish folk ensemble (you can see pictures on my profile) - I can show you some Polish folk dances! - they are really, really cool!
I can share with you posotive attitude to life and great positive energy! :)
