I am a self-employed lawyer by day, a gamer and a musician by afternoons and nights. I love music in general. I play the guitar, synthesizers and whilst used to played in a band called Deer Daniel, currently I am working on both other and solo projects. I am also a gamer - from all kinds of card and board games to computer RPG's and FPS's. In 2019 I've learned to scuba dive and am looking forward to visit some diving spots in the future.

Every year I try to travel somewhere far away. Throughout the few last years of financial independence me and my friends managed to travel to Cuba, Vietnam, Colombia, the Balkans and some other shorter destinations as well. I hope to visit more and more lovely places in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling. The more I can travel, the better I feel. There's something about visiting other countries, learning about cultures, meeting all kinds of people and bonding despite our differences. Couchsurfing in general allows travelling to be more affordable (hence being able to travel more), but, what is most important, broadens our experiences and allows to meet extraordinary people.

Interests

I love speaking and learning different languages, even if it's only the basics during some travels and the locals have no clue of what I'm trying to say.

A recent passion of mine is scuba diving - me and my girlfriend passed the basic course for diving up to 20 meters. During our recent trip to Colombia we had the chance to experience the full gamut of what diving has to offer .:)

I love listening to music (pretty much every genre) and discovering new artists. I stay faithful to my favorites though.

I play a few instruments - including guitar (acoustic, bass, electric, ukulele), drums and synthesizers - not an expert in the latter two though.

Of course I love travelling above all - it's the time to relax, meet people, learn new things and see extraordinary places.

Also, an amateur of craft beers and a major foodie - I pretty much want to try anything I haven't eaten before.
