Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am currently interested in hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i had the opportunity to stay with three different couchsurfing hosts while biking about 180 kilometers of the loire valley. every host was wonderful in his or her own way and i was blown away by the amount of hospitality exuded by each of them.

Interests

>people(open-minded.)
>cultures(i enjoy learning & experiencing other cultures because in the united states it is often difficult to find the solidarity that many other cultures possess.)
>language(i try to speak french...it's better when i've had a few drinks--at least i think it is. i would like to learn as many languages as my brain will allow.)
>art(i can appreciate all art, but my focus as an art history major is on modern to contemporary art.)
>music(even though i can only pretend to play an instrument.)
>food(one of the reasons why i love france & necessary for sustaining life.)
>traveling(i have yet to do my fair share of traveling, but i plan to see and experience as much as possible in my life.)
>books(favorite authors include: voltaire, a. huxley, a.camus, h.miller)
>film(old, new, strange, foreign, comedic, dramatic, artsy fartsy, et cetera.)
