ABOUT ME : I´m Laura, born in Perú, I lived 13 years in Buenos Aires -Argentina, and I adopted Madrid as a new home,
I´m not the most special girl in the world, but I guess have my “something". I have not plenty of friends, but good ones very close, many acquaintances, and I hope special people around waiting to know each other :)
I used to work in a wine shop back in Argentina, so I love wine, I like food, it’s nice to have guests at home, but I'm afraid I live far away from the center now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
The essential at least for me is that people in this community should be generous not just with accommodation but also their time, users are open mind who like to travel and used to appreciate the meaning of pay it forward.
Imagine any of you might feel the curiosity to know other countries, cultures even habits and values, why not?
Won´t be much better beside a local new friend? Somebody that otherwise you wouldn´t be available to meet, think in the advantages.
Negative things? Of course. You could have a bad luck and meet a complaining and demanding person that you don’t like, it happens in regular situation in life too. But in the other hand the positive of this experience should be and this is for sure, the chance of knowing wonderful people all over the world.
In my experience I´d have hosted 7 person in different times all of them quite different, and even with the difference between us, we all are agreed about how easier and thankful is this system cause you could go to a hotel, the receptionist could be great but still, you know that´s a job .however with couch surfing you have the guaranty that they do just because they really want to, without conditions. That´s charming. I mean in this time of crisis, evil banks’ bad news it´s healthy invest time to become a better person. Its well-known that human being have empathy and curiosity innate by nature. So let´s say this is just another way to satisfy ourselves in an intangible way.
