ABOUT ME

I love traveling, seeing new place, meeting new people and trying new things! :) I'm lucky enough to have married a man that feels the same way. When we travel we enjoy the social aspect whether it's talking with the bartender or getting to know someone sitting at a restaurant next to us. We are extroverted and very easy going. We love to get to know people and just having a good time. :)

Being a guest at our place: We love to show you Portland! We will help you find good restaurants, places you have to see, and help you get an overall feel of Portland. Portland is a really neat place to visit. And I always have coffee to share. :)

Hosting us at your place: It's a privilege that you are opening up your home and we are very respectful of that! We are very easy going and love meeting new people.

We both have a love for good food, travel and wine. One of our favorite things to do is cook dinner together, listening to music and drinking wine. There's a balance between going out and spending time in. :)

PHILOSOPHY

At some point one has to say, it doesn't matter where I've come from, it only matters where I'm going. Sometimes we are the only ones stopping us from getting someplace amazing! I say, go for it. You only live once. And don't be afraid to dream- but just remember, a dream without a plan is just a wish. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My husband and I meet people for coffee or drinks in Portland. We've couch surfed before and hosted a couple times! I've taken a break from couchsurfing due to being extremely busy but now I'm ready to get back into it! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted and met up with CSers in a few different places while traveling. We are hoping to do a lot more in the next few months. :D

I grew up reading a lot of the old classics- The Bronte sisters are my favorite! One of the current authors I am into is Robin Hobb. She writes AMAZING fantasy fiction.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was a nanny to twins for 3 years. I watched them when they were only one month little things! It is amazing to see a child develop, slowly learn to talk- And my favorite "what's that!" Never stop asking and always be ready to learn. :)

I can go coffee shop surfing with you and show you what's a good cup of coffee! (it's more difficult to find than you think... ) ;)
