Overview
About Me
I'm studying in Hildesheim since a few years, right now I'm working on my Master degree in Cultural Mediation. Complicated to explain, what it is, still searching for an answer myself ;-)
I enjoy being outdoor: Being on a longer bike trip in summer or spending time in our garden in the morning, lisening to the birds.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To be honest, I'm on Couchsurfing more for travelling, rather then hosting. But there aren't many people who want to visit Hildesheim anyway ;-)
Curious to meet new people and not being a tourist, when I'm on a trip.
Interests
I share a garden with two friends, which is a great way to spend time outside. We grow some vegetables, e.g. potatoes, onions, beans anhopefully tomates. In summer I wake up early and then cycle to the garden and do some work there. It's a great way to start a day!
In winter I rather spend time inside, doing needlework and producing knitted socks for my whole family :-D
Since ten years I play volleyball, but unfortunately I'm not very good at it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hard to say, really. I'm not listening to music a lot. The same with reading. After a day at university I'm too tired to read, I know this is a bad excuse and I'm unhappy about this situation.
I like some Indie bands. In february I've been to a concert of Sun Lux in Hamburg with some friends. Easy going music is what I like.
Movies: Shawshank Redemption
Books: Travel Documanteries such as "Laufen, essen, schlafen".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been on a whalewatching trip in Canada. It was a realls amazing, long lasting experience.
