I am interested in hosting interesting people in my home state, and I am interested in finding cheap places to stay abroad.

ABOUT ME

I am a Southern boy from a small town who has been fortunate enough to travel to a few places around the world, so I am interested in traveling more. I am also interested in being a host/tour guide for my home state of Mississippi.

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophies seem difficult to write. I look at the world from a non-puritanical, open minded, Christian perspective. I believe that all human beings are valuable and unique, which is why they tend to be so interesting.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Godfather and Chariots of Fire are two of my favorite movie.

I like many books. G.K. Chesterton has been a recent favorite author.

I enjoy Classical (especially Choral) music as well as traditional Country and Blues.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done many things which I would call amazing. The beauty of a Costa Rican beach at midnight jumps out at me right now.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an expert on all things uniquely "Mississippi." While our state has been much maligned, we have an incredible cultural heritage. Many of America's greatest writers, musicians, athletes, and actors call Mississippi home. I hope to be able to share with others what makes the state of Mississippi so unique and interesting.
