ABOUT ME

I guess I'm quite nice... I can be a bit quiet from time to time but people who really know me well know that I can also be a little "riot" as well. :) And I really love to dance.
I'd love to travel much more than I do but as I usually don't find travelmates and don't dare to go on my own (and because I have no money) I don't. That'll change, though!
I studied literature, art and media in Konstanz, and Media Science (M.A.) at the University of Regensburg. At the moment I live in Wiesbaden. :)
I like reading, writing, trying out new sports (like belly dancing), watching movies, talk to my best friends and of course - who would have thought - travelling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I can't host as I live with my boyfriend in one room in a shared flat, but I surfed several times and it was always big fun!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Scandinavia was my first couchsurfing-tour with Nathalie and it was so awesome. We met so many nice people from all over the world and three weeks of traveling the northern countries felt like traveling a lot farther and longer... :)

I like movies, reading, art, museums, being told old stories, theatre, poetry, writing, the sea (makes me happy!), sandy beaches, stony beaches, big waves, listening to music, jumping of hills into clear lakes, my dad's cooking, my boyfriend's cooking, travelling the world with friends, walking barefoot, sleeping, long conversations about everything, lying in the sun, these short moments when you know 'right know, you're just happy'...

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

80-years old guy visiting south america on his own, speaking three languages fluently, always smiling, always happy, talking to everyone (most of them at least 60 years younger than him), still loving life, not complaining about being old or something...
That was cool. I want to be like that when Im old and grey. :-)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

So you have a rope and you want a knot - make a bowline knot, its a very practical knot to know!! :-)

First you make an Eye, than you take the loose end of the rope and put it under the rope, through the eye. Then, take the end out and over the crossed rope of the eye. All around the fixed end of the rope, over the rope and again IN the eye. Tighten it and voila - you have got a perfect loop. :-)

Ok, I know I can't really explain but its was worth a try!
I would like to know how to make a braid all over your forehead. It never works out when I try that. :-)
