About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To create art that reminds people of how beautiful life is, to push myself beyond comfort and still be able to find comfort in what feels crazy. To leave the world better than I found it. To water the seeds that are already here and plant more.

ABOUT ME

I am a bartender by night, a gardener and jewelry designer by day. I grew up on a farm in the foothills of the Sierras in Northern California and have so much gratitude for being raised barefoot, fed fresh garden tomatoes and being allowed to play with insects. I am as curious as i was when i was 6 and i like to play hard and rest harder. I love dancing, slack lining, walking, running, climbing rocks and mountains. I love playing in intense weather and working hard in mellow weather. I am bartending to afford to volunteer for a nursery and to afford to buy my tools and materials to make the art that i love. When i am not doing those things i am traveling to educate myself by learning different cultures, languages, people and skills of every kind. I take pride in caring for this earth and beautiful land we live on and i would like to meet more people who respect the earth and live to make it a more functional joyful place. I love to be alone perhaps at times more than with people unless laughter is abundant and truth exists. I still love to build sand castles, play with bugs and i can never do too many handstands.. And i really really love fresh honey.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that life is a playground, and only fools take it too seriously. To me LAugHiNg is the purest form of human communication. I think musIc cures sad souls and reminds us that our hearts really do follow a beat, a rhythm that flows from the earth. I am interested in learning new languages, many languages because that is the most challenging task i have met in my life and i am interested, deeply interested in being challenged. Being challenged, being aware, awake and in communication with humans or nature keeps you connected and alive.
