ABOUT ME

I have a small dog (Sweetpea) who is VERY friendly. If you are allergic to animals, please take this into consideration before requesting a couch.**I'm fun loving and easy going. I've been told I've got guts because I'm fearless to life.**I step outside of my boundaries on a regular basis. How else do you learn who you are and experience new things? **I enjoy company but I've been known to hermit from time to time. **I dream daily and never seem to know where life will take me next. Forever evolving.**I'm a planner even though I've learned that planning doesn't always get you where you expect to go. This is where resiliency comes into play. I bounce back hard and fast!**I have a favortie spoon. I've used it since I was little and I would cry if I ever lost it. Yes. Over a spoon.**I don't like fingers between my toes but I can "hold hands" with my feet.**I talk to myself when I study.**I cut my oranges. If I don't have a knife I ask someone else to peel it. If I'm alone, the orange lives another day.**The TP MUST go over, not under!**I love cream cheese. I will eat it by itself. With my spoon.**I'm a geek about history. You wouldn't like my Netflix que.**I can lick my elbow. Try it, I dare you.**Make me laugh hard enough and I snort. Guaranteed.**Consider yourself honored if you invoke the snort.**Other than laughter, Velcro is my favorite sound.**I love to write. I've kept a journal since I was nine.**I have dimples in my shoulders.If there was one thing about me that would surprise 99% of the people I meet, it would be that I'm ¼ Native American and was raised with a deeply traditional NA upbringing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience with CS solidified my return! Jean-Marc is the epitome of what I want to be as a CS host (thank you--and if you go to London, surf in Putney!). Since then I've had mediocre experiences, but it doesn't diminish the idea of the site; as a host I hope to be the example of what I want in a host. I'm committed to the idea of "one new thing a day" and am forever expanding my knowledge of the region.
