CURRENT MISSION

I'm currently offering bodywork, energy medicine, trauma release therapy, and yoga nidra. In addition, I've just begun to learn the ways of the wild through primitive survival and am soon to be undertaking study in permaculture.

So life is pretty incredible, yeah? Having always been a deeply curious soul, I continue to turn rocks and be astounded by new discovery. I love the outdoors, am way into healing/spirituality/human-potential/permaculture. Ultimately, I just love meeting and learning from diversely like-minded people, and am committed to continual growth, learning, connecting, remembering and laughing. We're all in this thing together!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just couchsurfed for the first time a couple weeks ago in New Jersey (was there for a survival training and vision quest with Tom Brown Jr), but it was 'booked' through my friend's account so you can't see it on my profile. We stayed with a really nice couple in Tom's River, so let me know if you're ever stranded on the Jersey shore and I'll hook you up ;)

I've climbed the great pyramid in Egypt in the middle of the night and dived through underground rivers in Mexico, but nothing compares to the timeless/spaceless realm that I've encountered through meditation and being in nature.
