ABOUT ME

I am a taiwanese programmer who love traveling heartily. Now I am studying in master in Manchester, UK. When I am not being a computer geek at home, I pick up my backpack and visit different places. I enjoy the lifestyle changes and the adventures happening in my journey. I especially like to share or exchange interesting stories about traveling and with new friends from all over the world. There are so many amazing things out there and I just want to experience them as many as I could.

PHILOSOPHY

"Everyone deserves a second second chance." This is from my favorite TV serie, The Office. Its recursive expression is just like the recursion in the programming and its meaning is beyond the word.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friend Yung-Hao Tien is one of the couch surfers. We and other two friends couch surfed one night in our round-island trip in Ice Land. After that, he encouraged me to participate more so I started to host in Taipei and to travel by couch surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted some guests, Ray from US, Charles and his friend from Hong Kong and China, Eeva and Ahmad from UK, Joep and Angélique Joep from Netherlands and Chaoqun JIANG from China. I have couch surfed most of time during my trip in Malaysia.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach some Chinese. It is useful:) I could teach some Weiqi if you really love old Chinese culture. It is also possible to learn some programming skills from me but sorry I could not fix your iPhone.

I would really like to practice my Spanish. I have learned it for some time and there is no chance to talk to the native speakers.
