My name is Patrick.

Well, I try to be a good human being...

Positive state of mind... everywhere, everytime, with everybody. That is my way.

Travelling stretched my mind and got me thinking.
Life is a gift. Life is a game.
Sometimes life is dificult.
Failure is not falling down, but refusing to get up.
Because if something is important to you, you will find a way... If not, you will find an excuse.

The distance between your dreams and reality is called... Discipline.

Any adventure in life, starts with the first step.
To take the first step, you need courage,
you need passion, you need determination.
And you have to beleive in yourself.
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I did a world tour by boat(158 days) 15 years ago, with several stop-over in: Cuba, Mexico, USA (east and west coasts + Hawaii), Japan, Thailand, Indonésia, Australia, east Africa, Turkey, Portugal, Spain...
The 5 most beautifull months of my life.
Only one word to describe that adventure: Wow !!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach you french and give you advices about sport and dietetic.
You can teach me english or spanish or what you want.
We can practise hiking, running, trekking, ...
Or simply have a drink looking at the sunset.
We can share our travel experiences all around the world.
And, of course, we can improvise !!
