Music, Movies, and Books

Soooo, to start with, music: the Clash, Dead Boys, Marnie Stern, Smiths, X-Ray Spex, Lightning Bolt, Wilco, Panda Bear, Talking Heads, Pixies, Mission of Burma, Liars, Lou Reed, Joanna Newsom, Explosions in the Sky, God Speed You Black Emperor, Jonathan Richman, Les Savy Fav, Mandy Moore, Deerhunter, Black Keys, Built to Spill, Beirut, Blondie, Joy Division, Tom motherfucking Waits, Spoon, Pavement, and MORE! As for books, I love Kurt Vonnegut was incredible, Hunter S. Thompson was paranoid genius, James Joyce was just plain brilliant, Jonathan Swift had a wit still unmatched, and Joseph Heller has at least one fantastic book, but then, so did Tom Robbins, so that's not saying too too much. I'm also working my way into other authors, such as Thomas Pynchon, Raymond Chandler, Bukoski's poetry, Dostoevsky, and others as well. I also love the shit out of Russian History, and corporate analysis.
