Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

plenty, much more as host than as a guest:)
i couchsurfed in kyiv, berlin, and barcelona
and hosted both in tel aviv and in berlin

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: its a cliche i know but matrix is the glasses through which i see life, Memento caused me a panic attack,
Michael Hancke's movies makes me think about them long time after watched
i liked very much Looper, melancholia, into the wild, limitless, and requiem for a dream

TV: mad men, game of thrones, breaking bad, sopranos, wired rome, and 6 feet under

Books: the death of ivan ilych, berlin alexanderplatz, the body (by hanif kureishi), Down and Out in Paris and London, the plague, and of course 1984

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

visited Sarajevo, just four years after the war
,
the month i spent in kyiv in 2011 during which i participated in a TV commercial
,
the peace camp in italy together with palestinians just before the Oslo agreement
Was signed,
visiting 5 times in poland during the nineties

i would really love to host people who are interested in the city and the country, especially the people and the society, and of course - love drinking and partying:)
