CURRENT MISSION

I want to open my home up again to other travelers. Its been a cold long winter but now that summer is here, Id love to meet some new interesting people who share the same passion. My experience last year was wonderful and I had a lot of fun with my guests showing them around Winnipeg. So I'm looking for new adventures!

ABOUT ME
I like going out with friends and keeping my schedule packed with as much as I can handle without burning myself out. Im the explorer type and not really a beach bum. I am from Canada but I can definitely handle the heat!
Ive probably slept with more creatures and insects then the average person (because of hostels of course, not my house lol) Im always willing to try new things even if I'm terrified. Ill try it if I must but my face dont hide my emotions well haha.
I live on my own but I like to help people out if they need a place to stay short term. Im a people pleaser, usually comes as a blessing or a curse.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I created this account 6 years ago before I left for asia but forgot about it. However over the past couple years I have had many people stay with me, not using this site specifically but through ad sites we have here. Hostels are alot of fun dont get me wrong but I much prefer to stay with a local and learn alot more about where I am, and hopefully get some tips on where to find those hidden gems in the city that normally arent visited by tourists.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I finally got to experience couch surfing abroad while I was in Europe this summer. I stayed with a wonderful man who totally changed my last night there into a great one. At my place, I have a snake in the room where you would sleep so if you are deathly afraid, my place might not be the best option!
