I recently quit my job of ten years in search of freedom and opportunities and I started my own consulting business focused on sustainable energy solutions. I'm hoping that this will allow me to live out my passions and have a contribution to our world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a wide range of musical taste from Led Zeppelin to Johnny Cash to the Beastie Boys and most anywhere in between. (I think I secretly want to be a radio DJ and just play music all day long). More recently I've been listening to bands like the Lumineers, Vance Joy, and other 'indie' singer/songwriters.

I also like a variety of movies. While it's hard to pick a favourite all time movie, The Shawshank Redemption always stands out. But I also enjoy a good laugh from stupid comedies like Dumb and Dumber or Anchorman.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I obtained my pilot's licence (for small single engine planes) when I was 17 - although I haven't kept it current, so that's less amazing :(
