About Me
Hey Couch Surfers!
I am originally from Chicago and lived in California for about 5 years. I am a bioengineer, biologist, and chemist by degrees, but am one of those people who prefer the question "what do you like to do," versus "what do you do." My first experience with Couchsurfing was in Santiago Chile. After leaving my job in 2017, I bought a one way ticket to South America and traveled near a year. After working at a large corporation with people around the world, I decided to separate and travel South America to find my next endeavor by working and learning.
In my free time I enjoy trekking and camping, traveling, meeting people from different backgrounds, learning new languages, trying new foods and coffee, cooking, listening to music, yoga, reading, and writing.
Enough about me! I'm laid back and social and look forward to helping you out during your travels any way I can.
