About Me
I'm currently living in Timor Leste with my Partner. we have been here for about two years and are about to have a holidays for a few months. We both do community work, me in youth work and social service sector. I have been doing youth work for over 9 years now and have worked in different parts of the world all focused on connecting marginalised youth to opportunities and services.
I am an active photographer who has been through many different phases of work. I am currently shooting film and developing Zines on marginilised communities. My partner and I have started zine collective and distro in Dili, Timor Leste and are working on connecting people through different parts of the world.
I love cooking and learning new dishes and cuisines.

Music, Movies, and Books
love roots, reggae, soul, all kind's of music has its time and place.
I don't watch too much t.v but am always interested in a good documentary and book. Non-fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One!!! This is hard. So i'm going to name a few; stood with the people in the Egyptian revolution, Scuba dived to 58 metres below the surface, photographed Tibetan Nomads, lived in some of the most remote parts of East Timor, explored some of the first ever churches in remote Ethiopia, built houses for single mothers in Rwanda, waited for giraffes to cross the road on the way to work in Tanzania, worked with some of the most beautiful, kind hearted and selfless street children in Australia, East Timor and Manila.
Teach, Learn, Share
We are very keen to learn about local cultures, language, food and cooking, social movements, and music.
We can teach some language, making zines, photography, discussions on solidarity movements around the world and we can teach to cook many things :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, Friendship, My own home when ever they need it, and good time's. The reason i'm going to start couchsurfing is to share experiences with people and try to help them have good experiences too :)
