About Me

Hey.

I am a pretty chill guy who is always down for an adventure. I have been living in Collingwood, Melbourne for 6 months now.

In my spare time I like to take photographs, skateboard, cook, make coffee, paint and travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I love to travel and meet people. Staying in hotels is overrated, I love to stay with locals. I am currently living in a great house in a cool neighbourhood in Melbourne and I would love to show people what I love about this city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music, it is always playing in my house. My favourite music genres are Rock 'n' Roll, Blues, Rockabilly, Jazz, Funk, Soul, Psychedelic Rock and 90's Hip Hop.

My favourite movie directors are Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese, Wes Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, Robert Rodriguez and The Coen Brothers to name a few.

I like to read semi auto-biographical books about adventure especially Jack Kerouac's On the Road and Dharma Bums. I am also very interested in writers who legitimately influenced the 1960's subculture like, William S Burroughs, George Orwell, Aldous Huxley and Aleister Crowley to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling through India for 2 months was probably the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. It is such an amazing place for photography not to mention the history, food and culture. I travelled there with some new friends I met in Berlin with a minimal amount of money and planning but it turned out to be the best trip ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to teach any of the hobbies listed in 'My Interests' and I am down to learn some of your hobbies too.
