ABOUT ME

I'm moving to Dalian, China as an English teacher. I'm a Classically trained singer but that makes it sound as if I don't like to have fun! I love different kinds of music and became involved in the metal scene in Indonesia when I lived there. Teaching is my real passion! Educational psychology and different methods of teaching fascinate me, but not as much as actually using them to improve the lives of others. I've recently completed my first year of post university teaching in Vietnam and I look forward to meeting people in Dalian.

I like to meet people but don't have couches available.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of my flatmates was a host and we enjoyed a weeks company from a surfer from the US who taught me many things about life. When I moved to Stirling in Scotland I met up with a girl through couchsurfing and she showed me around and befriended me before I met anyone through my course.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done is rode an elephant in Bali - although I didn't enjoy it as I was terrified!
