ABOUT ME

I am generally a very laid-back and easy-going person. I enjoy a good night on the town but am also happy to have a quiet night in with friends. I am always interested in meeting like-minded people, sharing travel stories, and making new connections.

I am studying Biochemistry at university and hope to work in a medical related field someday. So healthy living, good food and activities are important to me. Exploring new cities, towns, and natural areas is one of my favourite things to do. I have been a competitive swimmer for most of my life and also enjoy the gym, running, biking, rowing, and sailing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was 15 years old I did a student exchange to Japan for five months, lived with a Japanese family and attended a Japanese high school. I had an amazing time learning about the culture and exploring the incredible cities of Tokyo and Kyoto.

One of my favourite vacations was to the French Alps where we spent a week hiking near the Chamonix area. We also spent a week in Italy exploring the midlevel Tuscan villages. I thought these are two of the most beautiful places in the world.

Another one of my favourite places to go is much closer to my home. Algonquin Provincial Park in Ontario is a wonderful place to experience the wilderness and I have spent much of my summers growing up in the park. I love to take camping trips into the interior of the park where you can be the only people for miles around.
