I'm a student at the Univeristy of Oregon, USA, majoring in international studies with a focus on global health. I recently went abroad, living in Switzerland for 4 months and Ghana for 6 weeks, and travelled to many places in between. I love to be active (running, snowboarding, climbing) and play with art (making music, creative thinking and writing, paint). It's my goal to create a more empathic world by the time I am through with my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a little kid I used to say that I want to meet every person on this earth. Between then and now practicality and realism has chilled out that goal but the concept of friendliness and a desire to get to know other souls continues to hold true. I'm hoping that through couchsurf I can further my international friendships and contribute to building a stronger global community.
