About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Hmm, if I am to specify a mission it would be to learn, travel and meet interesting people :-)

PHILOSOPHY

I have a somewhat existentialistic mindset. I believe that things are meaningful because we make them so. I believe in listening to and caring for people around me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not hosted people as of yet. Mostly I have gone to get togethers with couch surfers meeting and talking to couchsurfers from different parts of the world. I love getting to know people from other parts of the world and learning about their views and their cultures.

Interests

I am quite curious as a person so I am always interested in trying new things. My current interests are: swimming, gym training, improving my german, several programming projects, inlines and kayaking.

I like reading books, lately mostly scifi and fantasy but I read almost anything except romance and criminal novels. Love movies and love discussions about movies. Actually I like discussions about books as well. Actually I like all kinds of discussions :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I have read a lot of fantasy and scifi books, I also like historical books. Magic realism is nice as is Dostojevskij.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A roadtrip across southwestern USA, seeing some amazing natural scenery.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Swedish or talk about swedish and polish culture. Maybe teach you kayaking or some things about exercising. Show you typical swedish cooking and take you out for a "fika" (the first thing you learn in Sweden). Since I have also have a degree in Molecular Biology I can talk a little about natural science. And of course I can talk a lot about computers, programming and those sorts of things :-)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Sweden, United States
