About Me
Started travelling at the age of 2, but somewhere down the road had to put it on hold for a decade... until I decided to make a new life for myself, took a year off to travel, learnt a great deal more about myself... and fell in love. re not really able to do it right now, but we miss greatly the open roads that beckon, and we are sure we will respond one day soon. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think this is a great platform for fellow travellers to meet up and benefit from each other. The cultural exchanges, the fun and quirky anecdotes to share, the foooooooood to feed each other with! I've had the opportunity to host and hang out with CSers in Singapore and around the world, as well as stay with hosts overseas, and it's been great experiences. Thanks to parents who were like the original couchsurfers, I got to meet people of different nationalities and from all walks of life pass through our doors since I was a kid, and I love how there's just so much to share -- and so much we never knew we never knew.
Interests
I enjoy soapmaking, crafts, blogging, karaoke-ing, adventure, nature, Bollywood dancing, Zumba, Da Vinci Code-type mysteries, ice skating, hot chai latte, kittens, musicals, concerts, music festivals, photography, superhero movies, picnics, splashing puddles, good food.
