I'm self employed, so I can probably show surfers around a bit or point out great places to go.

I lived in Santa Cruz for 7 years getting my degree and working at a pro audio software company after college.

PHILOSOPHY

Most closely related to Buddhism, minus re-incarnation and karmic point systems.

Try to be happy in any situation happy and kind to others despite the circumstances.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a cool house with roommates in the Potrero Hill part of San Francisco (roughly Vermont st and 20th). Roommates Kevin, Sean, and Diana are all friendly and helpful.

The view from our deck is an amazing with a panoramic view of downtown, the mission district, bay bridge, etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a futon that folds down that sleeps 2-3 and a couch that sleeps 1.

Hosted a total of 3 times now, surfed I think 4 times.
