I’m a student studying in Chemical Engineering. I’m the only chind in my family and I travel a lot with my parents when I was a kid. Because I don’t have any siblings, I am really independent and out going. I like to make new friends and travel either by myself or with friends. I choose to leave my comfort zone and become an exchange student in Berlin for one year when I was sophomore. The world is big, I hope that I can go to any corner in the world in person one day and experience all the different ways of life. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to go to every corner in the world in my life and make new friends and experience the different ways of life. I really like deep-traveling. For example, all my friends who also study in Berlin with me went to Prague for only 2 days and thought that was enough. I went to Prague for 14 days and I thought it was not enough for me to discover the beautiful city. I like to chat with local people and go somewhere that the tourists do not know. Experience how a local live there and get unforgettable memories back with me. Couchsurfing is the best way to experience how local people live here and to make new friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well...Tom Cruise again. 😂
I am a huge fan of Tom Cruise even though he is older than my father. He came to Taiwan few years ago. The last time he came was 12 years ago and I was only a small child at that time. Therefore, I thought I must go to the press conference and met him in person. I remember that it was a rainy day. However, in order to meet him and talk to him, I wait at beside the red carpet for 12 hours. In the end, I took a picture with him and the picture was taken by his sister, I shook hands with him and told him how his movies affected my life. The picture of me shaking hand with him was taken by a journalist and was posted on his Facebook page. His fans from all over the world have seen the pictures of me with him. That was definitely the CRAZIEST thing in my life!!!

I can cook you some traditional Taiwanese food for you. Teach you a little bit Chinese and share my life stories with you. I am learning German in Berlin right now and I learned Spanish for 2 years. However, after I started to learn German, I forgot every single word of Spanish that I learned.
