i am from the North Seattle area.

I am a free spirit that loves to laugh and have a good time. I'm a very calm relaxed, happy go lucky person. I am respectful and clean up after myself.
I enjoy nature, crystal stores, beach trips, antique looking, art galleries, breweries, cider houses, and secret/hidden local gems. I Love enjoying life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I (miychell) have host and been hosted in my own travels. When people come to my place I want them to feel like this is home away from home. Its ok to relax and walk around in you PJ's, sleep in late or simply decide you don't feel like going out that day... Stay in, have a movie day, redo your packing, use the internet with out spending money on coffee, help yourself to my coffee and food. Its okay.

When I travel it could be by myself or with a friend joining me on one of my crazy adventures.

Although I am busy in my life right now I would like to get more involved in CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is a very new experience for me. I loved meeting down to earth people trying to save money and experience the different cultures from the locals eyes. This has really opened my mind to possibilities. I am more excited about my future than I was just a year ago. I love sharing CS with new people. It shows me they in a global community alive today.

Interests

Im all over the charts. I love having fun. I have been told that just grocery shopping is fun with me. I love life and try to enjoy every activity i attempt. I love WA because there is so much to do around here. I suggest white water rafting if you have the chance and a car for a day or 2. There is great hiking, camping and fishing around here too. There is a popular lake near my house that rents canoes and paddle boats. Also There are 2 and 4 person covered bike things to rent.
In July and August there are tons of festivals.

I am a stained glass artist at heart(hobby) and a dental assistant the rest of my paid time. I love bar hooping. Tea and coffee shops. Sight seeing around the city. Festivals. Nature adventures. Laughing, discussing different points of view. I do volunteer work around the Seattle area in local parks.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock, alternative, industrial and folk music. Fantasy, political science and psychology books. Action, comic book based and comedy movies. NO rap, country, Will Ferral or chick flicks allowed!!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have not done much sad to say. I have only taken trips within the US. I have gone to California many times to many locations. I have also gone to Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Illinois.
Most recently I took a 6week backpacking trip here in the states. Went to OR, CA, NA, UT, WY, CO, NE, IA, IL and MO. And then the storm hit and I was stuck in MO longer than wanted. But thats what the stories are made of. It was great.
Locally I like to go find creatures on low tides around the shore sides. Also there is great white water rafting, fishing and camping here.
