I'm (still) an anthropologist currently working in a research institute near Roppongi. I was born and raised in Kansai area, more specifically in Nishinomiya city, Hyogo prefecture. And finished my undergraduate, master and PhD course in Osaka. I moved to Tokyo on 1st Nov. Actually this is my first time to live in Tokyo. Thus, I'm not so familiar with the cultures in Tokyo. Let's explore Tokyo together!

My house is located near Oji station. There are three lines which stop at Oji, Tokyo metro Namboku line, JR Keihin-Tohoku line, and Toden Arakawa line. My favorite transpotation is Toden Arakawa line. It is the only tram way which runs along with these cars on the roads. You can find several old down towns along with this railway.

I've been living in Taiwan for two years more than ten years ago. And I frequently visit there every year. Now Taipei is the second hometowm following my hometown in Hyogo.

我目前在六本木附近的有一個研究機關當研究員。我是土生土長的關西人，在兵庫縣西宮市出生，在西宮市長大。唸大學、碩士班、博士班都在大阪的大學畢業，曾在台灣中央研究院當過訪問學人。去年11月初剛搬到東京，後來沒有好好探索東京的機會，因此我也不是很了解東京的文化。

我家在東京北區王子站附近。王子公共交通有三條線，JR京濱東北線、地鐵南北線、以及都電荒川線。我最喜歡的交通路線為都電荒川線，是個東京唯一的走在汽車馬路上的鐵路。在荒川線的路上有幾個較有歷史的老街。

我約10年前在台灣住過兩年，對我來說台北是我的第二個老鄉。我希望跟大家一起深入探索東京好地方。若在東京需要住宿，請你跟我聯繫。

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm wondering if ordinary people can do anything amazing in their life. Neither do I have anuything amazing to worth to talk. But I have one experience that I want to share with everyone. I've been to Myanmar from China through a small path which is located between the China-Myanmar border without crossing the immigration. That was Kachin state of Myanmar and Kachin Indipendent Army was controing the area. I was staying in a refugee camp of Kachin people for a couple of days. Nothing special for those who are living in the border area. But for me, it was an amazing and unforgetable experience at that time.

我不知道一個普通人在一個人生中到底能不能做到一個很驚訝地事情。我也沒有做到什麼特別讓人佩服的事情，唯一想要跟大家分享的經驗是，在中緬邊界那邊，跟當地偷渡客一樣，經過田地裡的小徑，從中國地走進緬甸地，而在克欽邦的難民村過了幾天。其實對當地人來說是個很普通的事情，不過對我來說是個值得一談的經驗。
