To make time for the good things in life
ABOUT ME
I'm a traveler of all kinds from backpacker to hoteler to hosteler to camper. I like the variety and the mix between fancy hotels and sleeping rough.
PHILOSOPHY
"Live in the now, man!" - Wayne's World (1992)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I participate by meeting up with fellow Couchsurfers
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience, Bora Kot's cool musty apartment in downtown Baku. He threw us the keys and said "Here's your beds, there's beer in the fridge, enjoy!". What a great start to couchsurfing, beats a hotel any day!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I can't pick one, so here's the shortlist... I've been lucky enough in my life so far to go to some amazing places and meet some awe inspiring people.
Fifth generation Irish in Argentina - Juan-Carlos McLaughlin, Santiago McCormack, South Americans who still think they're from County Westmeath!
The Hunke family in Cochem, Germany - They were the ones who took me in for christmas in 2002 when I had nowhere else to go. Amazing people.
Hayk Martyrosian - Professor of Electro-something-or-other in Goris Armenia - He made it his duty to be one of the world's most hospitable people when myself and my Dad descended on his little town in the south of Armenia. Homemade Vodka and onion stew in the mountains, earthquake destroyed early christian monasteries, and his wonderful family.
Megan Shelly and her family in the middle of nowhere, north of Michigan. Good people who made me a part of their family.
The list goes on..... I'm grateful
