About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet new people, see new places and experience new ways of life through hiking, cycling, sailing & practicing yoga. We hope to serve all beings, most specifically the refugees suffering so immensely.
ABOUT ME
I hit the road as soon as I finished my undergraduate in Flagstaff, Arizona. My partner Kyle and I have been traveling together for almost six years. We have been blessed over the past six years with wonderful experiences.
We walked the 2,650 mile Pacific Crest Trail, which runs all the way from Mexico to Canada. We rode our bicycles through Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Turkey, Georgia and Armenia. We spent eight months at a Non- Dualistic Yoga and Meditation Center in Oaxaca, Mexico. I left a certified yoga and meditation instructor, and am happy to share what I have learned. We started four group homes for special needs adults in Arizona with Molly's family.
We just arrived in Greece and will spend the next 2 months serving the refugees.
We love to spend our time with local people from different walks of life, getting to know new ways of life, trying new foods, experiencing nature. We love hiking, cycling, practicing yoga, eating vegetarian food, exploring new cultures. We are simple, independent travelers.

The website hasn't been updated on the last two years of our journey, but I hope to get back on it soon!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. I went into the experience thinking it was going to be just my boyfriend, my dad and a friend hiking together. I was surprised with the wonderful blessing of the trail community. From current thru-hikers, to section hikers, to previous hikers, to the small town members and beyond. This is the most amazing community I have experienced, and I truly believe the world would be a better place if everyone could experience that level of community. I often times compared it to Burning Man. Thru-hikers may have different reasons for hiking the trail, but we all had the same goal in making it to Canada. People went out of there way to help us achieve that goal by taking us into there homes, leaving water in the desert, providing beer at road crossings, offering words of encouragement, etc.
Teach, Learn, Share
I spin fire for fun. I am no expert, but I would love to share what I know! I also speak Spanish, and would love to use it with other Spanish speakers and learners! I have a true love for yoga. I recently became a certified instructor, and need practice giving classes if anyone would like to receive one :). I am also eager to expand my knowledge and practice by learning from others. I am interested in expanding my experience with trauma & yoga, with hopes of combining the two to serve refugees, survivors of genocide, and survivors of sexual abuse.
