About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finding my way and then going it.

ABOUT ME

Hello everbody!
My name is Tanja. I'm a 21-year-old girl from a tiny village on the Swabian Alb.
I love to get to know other cultures, languages and way of livings.
I lived in America for one year and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. I could learn so much about that country, my country, other people but also myself. I have found friends for a life-time and a second family.
I'm very interested in Africa and I plan to go to Tanzania when I'm done with school next year.
I have penpals from all over the world and with some I have developed a true and deep friendship. I think it's a great way to get to know who else is out there on this crazy planet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My High School Year in America was the best thing I could have ever done.
And I will also keep my short stay in Alaska as a memory I will always treasure. It's such a beautiful place on earth.
People that have changed me forever were 8 Tanzanians staying with us in Germany for 3 weeks. I had never thought you could get that close in such a short amount of time...

Teach, Learn, Share

well, I play the guitar and I speak German and English.

I'm always interested in learning more Swahili, and 1,000 other things as well. ;-P
