ABOUT ME

I am sportsloving, talkative, hopefully funny, try to take things as they come, very active but can relax from time to time. I like it when nice things just happen and I can go with the flow. Meeting new people from different cultures I find very interesting, hence I travelled quit a lot. Children always bring a smile on my face and their honousty is something I value highly, also in adult people.

PHILOSOPHY

The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
In other words, you can do what you want at any given time. Be it continuing the road you have chosen or going into new directions, now is the time to take that first step!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I am a new member I am just checking out this great initiative. I can offer you a tour in The Hague and can meet up for a chat on where to go and what to do. I just recently crashed on my first couch abroad and enjoyed the surfing. So now it is up to you! Let me know if you want my couch!

Being a volunteer at a childrens home in South-Africa

Teach, Learn, Share

You may teach me your motherlanguage, your view on life, or a skill you are enthusiastic about. I can learn you how to surf on snow (alias snowboarding..yes I am Dutch, but I have lived in the mountains:)), I can learn you how to make the best pasta-pesto-salmon dish and how to properly drink Goldstrike. We can share our ideas, my balkony, and the close by beach.
