I recently just accomplished a major bucket list goal of getting to 30 countries before I turn 30... and now my goals include getting to all 7 continents, and seeing all 7 [New] Wonders of the World! 我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have found that most of my best friendships are with people I have met while traveling. I'm hoping to make many more friends through Couchsurfing! I'm sorry I can't host these days... but I'm more than happy to stay on your couch, and give you some good company to share stories and meals and perhaps do a little sightseeing together :).

I must admit that I haven't officially experienced Couchsurfing yet, through this website anyway. I've typically always stayed in hostels, which is awesome, but not the same as getting to meet the locals!

I am interested in exploring the "hidden gems" of a town or city, such as the places to eat, the places to walk, the scenic 'must-sees', etc. And, I'd like to spend that time exploring with the locals!

When it comes to my other interests, I enjoy physical activities... living an athletic kind of lifestyle... spending more time outdoors than indoors. I've spent many years training martial arts, which has always been a passion. I enjoy getting out to different social events, learn something new, meet new people, make new friends.

But my biggest interest by far is traveling. I'm always looking out for that new place I want to get to, that new bucket list goal to scratch off my list.

I really enjoy going out to the movies... recent goodies I saw were Lion... Dear Zindagi (if you know Hindi films)... Hacksaw Ridge... among others.

Books are great, but I have little time to read 'em outside of all the Facebook news articles and YouTube videos that find their way into my life. :D

As for musical interests, I like all genres... but that doesn't mean I like every song!

I've traveled to 30 countries and counting... fulfilling "one thing" off the bucket list which is to travel to 30 countries before I turn 30!

Extras include:
- rafting down the Ganges River
- skydiving
- bungy jumping
- trained kung-fu with the Shaolin Monks in China
- snorkeled with sea turtles, and even a big ass shark in Cuba.
- explored the ocean in a submarine
- rescued a guy who was about to get brutally beat up by 5 guys
- Rode in a hot air balloon over the crazy awesome landscapes in Turkey
