About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To keep at the boulder and enjoy it while I'll can.
ABOUT ME
Ever since I can remember, I have always wanted to get out of my suburban Chicago existence. Not that there was anything wrong with it - in fact I love it dearly. I just wanted as much difference and I could get. I could feel that there were so many possibilities outside that I dedicated my then life to seeing their fruition. Then on that day in June of 2007, I finally got my chance. And, oh, how little I knew. There weren't just many possibilities - there were infinite. And, better yet, they never had to end. Ever. I found myself given a new life in Budapest all the while hoping to pass alone to anyone - my daughter, especially - the knowledge that life never has to stall; never has to stagnate; never has to be boring. I hope that the CS community, for which I have a profound sense of respect and love, can assist me in reiterating this knowledge.
PHILOSOPHY
At least try it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to return the favors given to me by my hosts. My living arrangements have not yet accommodated it. But I do what I can on the forums and meet up with the Budapest CS community on occasion.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In the summer of 2007, I packed my things and traveled through Europe, from Dublin all the way to Istanbul. Along the way I met some of the most wonderful people I've ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with, and most of them were hosts. These wonderful beings provided me not only with accommodation, but also with themselves. Meaning, they opened their homes, hearts and minds to me and, for that, I will be eternally grateful.
Interests
The world, it's people and ideas.

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything created with gusto, courage and love.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Out of all the beautiful sights I've seen and people I've met, none of it compares to the wide, curious, sky blue eyes of my daughter.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can have a really good conversation. I tend to know the drums and make a decent Eggplant Parmigiano. I can also help you improve your English painfree.
