ABOUT ME
I'm a major player in the underground resistance: fighting T-Rexes, Vin Diesel, and giant robots; saving burning babies and crying houses, all in the name of justice.
PHILOSOPHY
Do what makes you happy, as long as it's not hurting anyone else.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Update November 2019: Travelling solo to Europe- it's an investigative excursion to try to find my next home!
I'm here to make friends! I'm here to meet people I wouldn't normally be able to meet and converse about life, gaining new perspectives. I can't host right now cause I don't have a place at the moment, but if that time comes, absolutely! Still, I'm down to show you around, and I'm always down for a glass of scotch in a dark dive bar.
Meeting other itchy-footed intellectual fun-junkies around the galaxy also feels like a definite plus.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Mostly interesting and fun, and only a little awkward. Great convos drive me.
Interests
The great outdoors, almost any sport (vball and tennis consistently), being goofy for no reason, creative cooking, exploring new territories, trying new foods, drinking whiskey from the bottle, telling awfully cheesy jokes, and most definitely listening to/dancing to/singing along to good music.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love love love music. I listen to everything from indie to metal to jazz to country to hip hop to drum n bass.
Books- i like classics by hesse, vonnegut, wilde, london, kerouac, but i'll read pretty much anything. Articles, short fiction, the back of toothpaste tubes. Also, obsessed with Harry Potter. I mostly read hard fantasy/sci-fi in my spare time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been mugged in Beijing, been shoved around in a knife fight in Tianjin, and had some really bad nights traveling on my all American road trip (car problems, campsite problems, etc.). But I've also been lucky enough to meet some really fascinating people, stand on top of some really breathtaking mountains, and relied on the kindness of strangers to get me through the night. I think the coolest part about the universe is how the good and bad complement each other and push against each other in rhythmic pulses.
