About Me
CURRENT MISSION
18,000 miles solo from Vancouver to Ushuaia on my motorcycle!
ABOUT ME
I went to Africa summer 2010 for two months with an NGO that focuses on women's development, and agriculture sustainability. I am really excited to start traveling and living. I love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures and lifestyles.
I went to Europe summer of 2011 and met some of the most amazing people ever through couch surfing. I had some of the most incredible experiences of my life. After leaving Paris, I flew to San José, Costa Rica and did an internship in a tiny town called Mastatal. I was working on a permaculture farm.
I am interested opening an international bicycle cooperative that uses lowtech bio systems to reduce poverty in developing countries.
PHILOSOPHY
I am in total control of where my life goes, why not go somewhere really fucking awesome?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've mostly been participating as a surfer and community member.
I've been hosted in New York and Paris :)
I've hosted only two people, and if more would come to Arizona, I would definitely host more.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I LOVE CouchSurfing. This is how I make friends. Host me for longer than 2 nights and we are best friends. I make a huge effort to stay in touch with my hosts because I've gotten so close to them. I love my Paris host, my host from New York was equally awesome, and the people in Telluride were so friendly! I wouldn't travel any other way. They people you get to meet and learn and grow from... I love it. I'm relying on CSing a lot to get me through my next trip.
Interests
I love to snowboard. I love environmental sustainability. I am really interested in human rights and global governance. I like to bike a lot. I love motorcycles.
