I'm from a small town in south Georgia that I escaped from as soon as I graduated college. I've lived in the metro DC area for 3ish years and work in communications for a science non-profit in the city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My boyfriend/roommate and I have hosted a few people, but I haven't personally surfed yet. We also go to a few of the many CS parties in DC/Nova.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm addicted to the Game of Thrones series and anything by Khaled Hosseini. If I want to read without having to think much, I'm a fan of James Patterson's murder mysteries. I don't watch too much TV but I love Scrubs, Game of Thrones and NCIS -- but most importantly, Firefly. It's a close tie for my favorite movie between Boondock Saints (the original) or Princess Bride, with Monty Python and Robin Hood Men in Tights coming in close behind.
