About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore Turkey in my brief summer vacation
ABOUT ME
I'm a Mexican-Chinese-European-Canadian mutt who recently graduated from McGill University (Montreal, Quebec, Canada). I love very little more than travelling, trying new things, and experiencing new cultures, so I decided to use my second to last summer break to see as much of Turkey, a country I've always wanted to visit, before returning to medical school in the fall.
PHILOSOPHY
Take chances, make mistakes, get messy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been so lucky to have meet incredible people and make good friends from my travels, but I've always found couchsurfing to lead to amazing encounters with wonderful kind folk. While I don't have my own place to host people back home yet, I hope to be able to repay too many kindnesses to other travellers soon.
Interests
Hiking, climbing, outdoors, dance, dance, and dance! I Medicine, neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, history, and mythology (any kind).
I love food and like to immerse myself in local culture as much as possible. Most of all, making friends and experiencing brand new things.
Oh and of course, travel.

I adore almost all music (except American country music - sorry folks!).
I can't get enough of Salman Rushdie, Gabriel Garcia Marquez and other fantastical writers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing a peak in Neyyar Dam, Kerala, India to watch the sunrise over the Western Ghats while monkeys played nearby and lions roamed below.
