ABOUT ME

I'm an optimistic sceptic :) always trying to find something positive even in a bad situation. Happiness is a state of mind, so I try to have it every day, everywhere. I work a lot and it's quite stressful job so I try to find ways to release this stress by meeting friends, gym, bicycle, traveling, reading and so on. I love riding a bicycle and even in winter it's my main way of transportation ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As much as my work is not taking all my free time I can host you. During weekend will be easier for me to hang out and spend more time with you. During weekdays sometimes I come back home late and I don't have much free time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience as a surfer was in Portugal. It was such an amazing experience! So I tried more and more :) I don't know if I'm so lucky or all hosts are so great. But I'm sure my all hosts are one of the best hosts in the world :) I love this idea of meeting local people, usually I travel alone so I'd be so sad coming back to an empty hotel room, while on couchsurfing you come to your host=your friend :) It's so sweet and nice experience to find your home when you travel :)
So far I hosted only few persons via couchsurfing but I've hosted more of my international friends while they were in Poland.

Interests

a piece of everything: of course medical science - only crazy medical freaks are able to cram medicine for 6 years ;), cooking - I used to have a part-time work as a cook in a restaurant, TRAVELING - I think my biggest passion, I always plan a trip :), recently politics - especially Middle East and North Africa - I'm totally into history, political situation, culture of this region, I like relax with a good book or nice movie, listening to my favorite music, I'm addicted to sport - jogging, fitness, cycling, gym...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock music: Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, ACDC, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Guns and Roses, The Beatles, RHCP, Iron Maiden and also Carlos Santana, Sixto Rodriguez and some Polish artists. Tell me your fav music and I'll tell you who you are ;)
I just love books, I chose something depending on my mood or my friends' recommendation.
Movies - always willing to watch a good movie, especially if directed by Almodovar or Tarantino.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As a doctor I can fall asleep everywhere, everytime in each position ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope you won't need my medical skills ;) but I can teach you something about health and medicine if you want :)
I can cook and bake, let's buy some food and make international cooking evening - top event of all my meetings with international friends :)
I was a volunteer with AIESEC 3 times, always as an English teacher, and I think the best way of improving your language is talking a lot - so let's talk!
I used to be a fitness instructor, so if you want a motivator who screams at you while you are doing push-ups I can help :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cleaning, cooking, baking, laundry - full housework service :) nice company, long conversations, medical care, English teaching, fitness motivation, delicious food, anything you want :)
