我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Delivered babies. Loved another human being. OK, that's two things. I know.

Making quiche. Four eggs, cream, salt pepper and filler (ie. leftovers in the fridge, veggies, etc.), pizza dough. Sautee filler, and put in oven safe dish that has the pizza dough in it already (crust). mix eggs, 1 cup of cream, salt and pepper and add to dish. Bake until toothpick comes out clean from center. Let cool. Enjoy the eggy goodness. Variation: bake for ten minutes and top with cheeze, allow to finish baking.
