About Me

I'm a very active person, to the point of compulsiveness. I like working out in the park, running, mountain biking, distance cycling (especially going to the beach to chill), bike jumping (when I don't crash).

Life is about experiences, and I'm pretty open to most of them. My favorite activities include talking about your day. small talk, and sarcasm. I can be fun a couple of times a month.

Have experienced with meditation for a while and right now I don't know if I'm doing it wrong but I'm too afraid to ask (shh, it's a secret)

Have worked as a translator where I met tons of wonderful families from all around the world. I enjoy learning about different ways of doing the same thing, we'd have fun talking if you like beer, or coffee, plain water, or just talking (I get thirsty with that much talking)

Right now I work as a software developer and try to travel the world the most that I can, meeting interesting people just refreshes my energy every time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've hosted some people when I lived in Manizales and now that I live in Barranquilla, unfortunately can't host.

I'm up to meet all sorts of people who wan't to get to know this city. I've been living here since 2015 and have taken the liberty to explore it running and biking around. I know the places with the good music, tasty beer, strong coffee.

Thanks to me being a cheap bastard I can think of a lot of free things to do in this city. That's knowledge that begs to be shared

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding in the Colombian heart was pretty goal, a stepping stone to parachuting in the future.

Hiking from Nevado del Ruiz entrance at 4000m above sea level to my hometown at 2000m. It starts with the beautiful paramo vegetation where trees are small and it gets more tropical the more you go down. All in the span of a few hours

I saw myself crashing against the wavebreaker rocks while surfing (if you call what I do surfing) in Barranquilla. Fortunately the life guard told my dumb ass not to swim against the current.

Teach, Learn, Share

One of my favorite things is to read. And whenever I can I try to give a book away, to either a friend or a random person If I know they'd read them. I'd give all my unread books right now If I had people who'd take them. I'd rather share knowledge than to keep it piling up dust in my desk.

I'm an open book, except about my intelligence work, that's confidential. (Don't tell them I've told you)
