ABOUT ME

We're a package deal, the Vissers. Rob Michele Joey and Micah occupy their time with music, games of street hockey (only the boys), reading, writing, eating good food, doing the crossword (only Michele), and enjoying red wine (only the grownups).

Even before we had kids, Rob and I talked about taking our kids on a big-ish trip to Europe and other points. We didn't quite manage the year of travels, but the five months we spent traveling to the American Southwest and Europe were incredible.

Our 'couch replies' percentage doesn't look so good at the moment... my couchsurfing site wasn't forwarding requests to my email as I thought it was. So please ask away! I'll be sure to log in more often to check.

We are hoping to host couchsurfers and be hosted by couchsurfers around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I grew up with couch surfing, only we didn't know that that's what it was... my dad picked up hitch hikers and random travellers and then of course we sheltered them and fed them a great meal... it was just what one did.

Other places, people who are different than me (different beliefs, lifestyles, etc.) Matters of the spirit. Great books. Hanging out with my family and friends.
