ABOUT ME

I'm an American who's been living outside America for most of the last 10 years, mostly in Asia. I love good music, good food and good drinks. My family and friends are extremely important to me, so even though I don't get to see them a lot I try to make efforts to do so whenever possible, even if it means hopping on a plane to see someone in a nearby city just for the weekend.

I love all dogs. Dogs make me very happy. I'm horrible when it comes to breeds, so I actually don't know much about them. But every time I see a dog while I'm walking down the street I actually verbally greet it, even if I'm in the middle of saying something. I can't help it.

I travel a lot for work and often find myself a lone in new places, so I'd love to use Couchsurfing to meet new people to share these experiences with and learn more about the places I'm visiting.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm happy to hang out if we're in town at the same time. I'm traveling a lot for work lately so I don't actually have a permanent place of my own, so not able to host at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't done anything yet! I'd always heard of the wonders of CS and knew I should probably be on here, but after signing up like a year ago, I proceeded to forgot about it. Now I'm back and really need to figure this site out, though!

As cliche as it sounds, the Great Wall of China really is pretty great.

Visiting the gorillas in DRC.

Spending a Friday night with a customer and his family at his estate outside Abidjan, Ivory Coast. I learned to play petanque before having a great meal then waking up early to watch the sunrise, all right on the lagoon.
