CURRENT MISSION

I'm just now flying back to the States after backpacking for 7 months on the mission field in 7 different countries! My goal in life, though, has always been to enjoy every second 'cause it's too damn short not to! I want to see first hand the beautiful places and people of this world, and show God's love wherever I go.

ABOUT ME

I am a fun, laid back, and contagiously joyful person. I enjoy music, practicing guitar, good coffee, good beer, good food, new cultures, and new adventures. I am a follower of Jesus and strive to be compassionate, welcoming, and loving towards all people, especially the "least of these." I want to travel the world and love on everyone I encounter, and experience life to the fullest!

I'm a couch surfing newbie! I've only done it once, but absolutely LOVED the couple I stayed with. I hope to couchsurf often this year and possibly host in the future when my living situation allows : )

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a big passion of mine. I love a little bit of everything, including: country, oldies, 70's folk, 80's, worship, hymns, and the occasional trashy or annoyingly catchy pop song.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

7 months of the World Race - Sharing God's love in 7 different countries, doing things like farming, teaching English, leading youth programs, feeding programs, village evangelism/prayer, digging trenches for a water line, etc. I have seen some incredible scenery, visited places like Angkor Wat and Victoria Falls, hugged a ton of beautiful people, and seen God move in unbelievable ways.
