It's great to get free accommodation when you're travelling but it's not the main reason for me being here...I'm here because I like meeting new people from different cultures!

I'm from Finland but living in Germany and that's the result of my travels...Because I met my German boyfriend in Australia and we live now in Germany :)

So far I've been participating in cs mostly by spending time on other people's couches :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I tried cs first time when I was backpacking 3 weeks in USA with my friend in the summer 2009...And liked it so much that I wanted to join this community right away! After USA I travelled 1 year in Australia and tried cs many times, only good experiences!
