ABOUT ME

I'm odd, kind, loving, giving, crafty, a neat freak, spontaneous, and want to live life to the fullest. I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt and would hope the same from them.

I love to travel, meet new people, learn about different cultures, stuff my face with delicious cuisines, share/create great memories, shop local thrift/antique stores. You name it, I'll most likely be up for it. If we are hanging out, prepare to be adventurous.

When traveling, I'm always planning my next meal by searching for a local favorite and someone to share it with. I love to cook and will try anything once.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted before in Louisiana and decided to give it a try here in New York. I also definitely plan to surf a lot more. All my experiences have been extremely positive.

I've met some truly genuine people and hope to meet many more. So far, it's been fantastic.

I spend most of my free time traveling and going to concerts/festivals around the U.S.

Bike rides around town are the best.

Food. I'm pretty much obsessed. Yes, I'd totally be down to cook a delicious meal! :)

Scuba Diving. My dream is to dive the Great Barrier Reef.

Outdoor activities are definitely a plus in my life.

My taste in music is very eclectic. I love downtempo/ambient electronic, house, indie electronic, indie dream pop, synthpop, 70's disco, trip hop, folk, classic 80's, new wave, Hip Hop, Texas underground rap, psychedelic, rockabilly, zydeco, 90's alternative, death metal, black metal, progressive, hardcore, thrash... this list is endless.

Books: J.R.R. Tolkien, Issac Asimov, George R.R. Martin, Stephen King... I'll pick up almost any educational book to read.

My 15 day road trip from New York to Texas and back to Louisiana.

I just recently traveled almost 5,000 miles in my car between New York, Florida, Texas and Oklahoma. I couldn't have asked for a better way to soul-search and spend time with my pup while exploring and meeting new people.
